I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join an award winning house builder on a permanent basis, working on a new build residential project in Epsom, Surrey.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + package
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Region: Surrey

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in Epsom, Surrey, comprising 88 traditional build houses and flats. The project is currently at the groundworks stage with foundations about to commence.

They are looking for someone with a track record working on new build residential projects and they are ready to start interviewing now. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company that look after their staff and work on some excellent projects.

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Extensive experience on a No.1 on large new build residential projects
• Track record working for a reputable house builder
• Strong on Health & Safety
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to Epsom, Surrey on a daily basis
