Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business that has grown its turnover from £14m to £150m in under four years!
I am recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction, engineering, maintenance and operational contracts, ranging from £100k to £10m+.
Working closely with the Projects team, you will negotiate commercial agreements, manage contractual risks and ensure contracts are effectively administered from tender stage through to completion.
Key Experience RequiredStrong background in construction or engineering contracts management
, ideally within complex industrial projects.
Practical experience of NEC4 and IChemE contracts
.
Proven commercial negotiation skills, including tenders, variations and claims.
Experience managing post-award contracts, change control, commercial risks and contractual obligations.
Good understanding of contract law and commercial risk.
Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts simultaneously

You will be equally confident negotiating multimillion-pound contracts and working alongside Project Managers to resolve commercial and contractual issues during delivery.
Strong construction and engineering contracts expertise is essential. Extensive procurement experience is not required.
