Warranty Claims Coordinator

Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport), Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office), ASAP start, Generous benefits package (Pension, Birthday voucher, discounted onsite gym membership, subsidised Café and Canteen, 25 days holiday (pro rata) + all bank holidays).

Role: 12‑month maternity cover at Toyota (GB) PLC, secondment by TLP.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Warranty & Audit Team Leader, process Warranty Claims, Prior Approvals (PARFs) and Compass cases in line with Toyota policies and procedures.
  • Assess claims, analyse data and validate supporting evidence submitted by retailers, resolve warranty queries and support timely claim payments.
  • Support audit activity where required and help create warranty communications and guidance for the dealer network.
  • Build strong relationships across the Toyota & Lexus dealer network, supporting technicians, aftersales teams and Service Managers with warranty queries and claim processing.
  • Identify emerging warranty trends, share improvement ideas and work to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
