THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the aftersales department, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing customer enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face

· Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, repairs, and maintenance

· Guiding customers through the complete aftersales journey

· Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

· Promoting service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate

· Managing the vehicle handover process while ensuring all procedures are followed

· Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records

· Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships
 
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

· Previous experience as a Service Advisor is desirable but not essential

· Experience with in hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment will also be considered

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· A confident and professional approach to customer service

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· The ability to identify opportunities to promote additional products and services

· Full UK Manual Driving Licence
