We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team based in Epsom.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a helpful, professional service.

The Role

Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
Providing information and resolving customer queries
Updating customer records and systems accurately
Dealing with a variety of enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Working as part of a busy and supportive customer service team About You

Previous customer service experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Confident speaking with customers
Good IT and administration skills
Able to work calmly in a busy environment
Reliable, organised and approachable
