Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established franchise dealership in Epsom.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a reputable service centre, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:

Basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with potential to earn £36,000 – £38,000 OTE through uncapped bonuses
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, with some Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:

Providing outstanding customer service and managing client relationships effectively
Selling and upselling additional services and repairs to maximise workshop revenue
Advising customers on required repairs and maintenance, ensuring clear communication
Ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards
Maintaining accurate documentation and workshop records
Achieving individual and team sales targets to support business goals
Building long-term customer loyalty through professional and friendly service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Knowledge of various car brands (preferred but not essential)
A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
