PPA Cover Supervisor – Danetree Primary School, Epsom, Surrey.

Contract:

Permanent – Full Time (33hrs weekly). Salary:
Specialist £27,061 (FTE) – actual £21,340.38.

Start Date:

As Soon As Possible. Closing Date: 31st January 2026.

About Danetree Primary School

Danetree Primary School is a four‑form entry, Ofsted‑rated "Outstanding" school situated in West Ewell, Epsom. The school operates within a newly established primary school cluster overseen by a Regional Director, offering strong collaborative opportunities and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children by covering classes and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of children.
  • Build positive relationships with young children and support behaviour management.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with parents and staff.
  • Assist with classroom duties, flexibly adapting to changing roles.
  • Remain calm and objective when faced with challenging behaviour.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in supporting children in a primary school setting.
  • Understanding of children’s educational, welfare and social needs.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication skills with parents.
  • Calm, objective, and composed under pressure.
