Your opportunity
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to join one of our School Standards Board (SSB) at Glyn School
, and for a four-year period. As an SSB member, you will contribute to and monitor the school’s development plan, which is focused on the key improvement priorities for the school. SSBs are also the Trust Board’s interface with key stakeholders: parents, staff and the community. You will be involved in gathering and responding to feedback from parents and staff, and developing and maintaining community links for the school.
SSB members provide regular feedback to the Trust Board on the performance of their school and the feedback from stakeholders, contributing to the overall improvement of the Trust. SSBs also have the opportunity to influence the strategy of the Trust as a whole.
Excellent training and support is provided and you don't need education experience.
