Psychology Graduate TA

What you'll be doing

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
• Encouraging confidence, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
• Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities
• Creating a safe, supportive environment where every child can succeed

• Psychology graduate or related degree
• Patient, empathetic, and positive
• Passionate about child development and education
• Keen to gain valuable classroom experience
• Experience with children is helpful, but not essential
