Every day is different, and every day you'll make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing Providing classroom and one-to-one support to learners. Encouraging independence and promoting confidence. Supporting access to learning through adapted resources.

Working closely with teachers and specialist professionals. Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment. Essential Requirements Level 1 or Level 2 Braille qualification essential. A compassionate, patient and positive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs is desirable.
