We are seeking an Office Administrator Specialist (HR) to join our team at Auriol Junior School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

About Auriol Junior School

Auriol Junior is a three-form entry junior school in Surrey with a deaf unit in Epsom, Surrey. Details

Position: Office Administrator
- Specialist (HR)

Contract: Term time + 1 week, permanent

Hours: 27.50 hrs per week, Monday
- Friday 09:30-15:30, 38 weeks per year

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide effective specialist support in your designated area
  • Research and analyse data and information appropriate and relevant to your current specialism
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations based on your findings

Requirements include:

  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
