Other Graduates Job are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Tutor to join our SEND Team and make a meaningful difference to the educational experience of our this rewarding role, you will support identified learners to access the curriculum successfully, with a particular focus on reading fluency, literacy development and inclusive learning practices. Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will deliver targeted intervention programmes, track student progress and provide personalised support that enables every learner to reach their potential.
Your opportunity
The successful candidate will play a vital role in removing barriers to learning, helping students develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to thrive in the classroom and beyond. Using evidence-informed strategies and tailored interventions, you will contribute directly to improving outcomes for students with additional learning needs and ensuring an inclusive environment where all learners can succeed.

What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will need to:
Have experience of working with children or young people in an educational committed to inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
The ability to build positive relationships with students, families and a pro-active member of the team with a can-do flexible and passionate about the students’ learning and keen to be part of the wider school community.
