Ashley Park School is seeking an experienced Pastoral Coordinator to join our Senior Leadership Team and shape the culture, wellbeing and behaviour of autistic pupils aged 5-19 at our new independent specialist school in Epsom. You will lead pastoral approaches, champion positive behaviour, and support emotional regulation and resilience so pupils can re-engage with learning.
