Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced Math Lecturer in London. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality Maths education and support students in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence required for further study and employment.
Location: London
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: September
Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Math lessons across the relevant curriculum.
- Plan and deliver lessons, learning activities and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
- Deliver GCSE Math, Functional Skills Math and other relevant Math programmes.
- Support students with their academic development and progression.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Use engaging teaching methods to develop students' mathematical knowledge and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team.
- Support students in developing the skills required for further study and employment.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience teaching
- Strong subject knowledge across Math and related areas.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- A degree in Mathematics, Math Education or a relevant subject.
- Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Math.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve strong academic and career outcomes.

- Sixth Form / post-16 students, where required.
- Classroom-based delivery in London.
