Duties/responsibilities:
Lead and manage the English curriculum (GCSE with some Functional Skills)
Deliver approximately 7.5 hours of teaching weekly
Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based pedagogy
Monitor, track and lead outstanding learner outcomes
Collaborate with cross-college teams to enhance quality, inclusion and progression
