Senior Network Security Engineer

Salary: £43,500 - 66,500 per year

• Strong Palo Alto firewall experience
• Solid networking background, including Cisco and LAN/WAN
• Exposure to security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is ideal

• Own and optimise our Palo Alto firewall estate
• Support our LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, remote access, and load balancing environments
• Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM and EDR tools
• Improve our network security, segmentation, and resilience
• Manage vulnerability scanning and patching using Qualys
• Lead and contribute to our security and infrastructure projects

We are hiring a Senior Network Security Engineer for a busy, engineering‑led role within a well‑established financial services environment near Epsom. This is a hybrid position with two days onsite, offering permanent employment, on‑call involvement, and occasional out‑of‑hours support.
