Job Description Overview
Shape the future of our cities and environments. Join our Airport Engineering Team as a Civil Engineer to support delivery of UK and international airport projects. We work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and offer a diverse environment where talent is recognised and developed.
Your Role- Undertake technical design work within an airport environment.
- Support the delivery and coordination of design solutions to meet programme and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design outputs.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality assurance in design.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, drawings and design documentation.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Progressing towards Chartership with a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE).
- Airfield and infrastructure design experience, including successful delivery from concept to detailed design.
- Understanding of airport or highways pavement design, materials specification and maintenance with appreciation of UK and international pavement design methods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to contribute to project briefs, scopes of work and technical inputs.

This role may require security clearance. Offers of employment will depend on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. The vetting process is delivered by UKSV and may require proof of UK residency for five years or longer.
