Our client is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Epsom. You will help support an IFA practice, providing first class administration. This position will be an office-based role.

b>Key Responsibilities ul> li>Prepare and package financial planning reports for the Financial Planners and their clients li>Preparation of transactional templated client letters, such as letters of authority, change of address and client disengagement letters li>Liaise with product providers to obtain fees and charges on specific products li>Obtain and assist with the completion of application/instruction forms and fact finds li>Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources li>Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system li>Assist with the onboarding and annual review process for clients /ul> b>The Candidate ul> li>Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point li>Excellent organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach li>Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal li>Previous experience working within financial services desirable /ul> p>If you are interested in this position,  to
