This is an exciting ongoing locum opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist specialising in Hand Therapy to join a dynamic clinical team in Epsom, Surrey. What you will do:

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalised rehabilitation and recovery plans

Provide specialist hand therapy interventions for a range of hand and wrist conditions

Design and deliver bespoke splinting solutions tailored to individual patient needs

Manage and prioritise your own caseload to ensure high standards of care

Treat patients across acute elective, trauma, rheumatology, and plastics pathways

Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

Proven experience working within hand therapy

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently

Confident communication skills and a patient-centred approach
