Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a Senior Clinical Fellow (ST3+ equivalent) to join the Home First Team delivering integrated care across acute and community settings, including the @home virtual ward.
The post holder will provide a first class clinical service, lead and support the multidisciplinary team, and drive complex discharge planning while supporting teaching and research within relevant clinical areas. Adherence to GMC Good Medical Practice is essential.
