Job Overview
Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Dispenser for a domiciliary role covering Epsom and surrounding areas. Offering up to £50,000 plus monthly commission and a company car, this weekday-only position suits an HCPC-registered professional who combines strong clinical expertise with private sales experience and a commitment to patient-centred hearing care.
About the JobAs a domiciliary audiologist, you will manage a daily schedule of adults with hearing loss, providing audiological testing and support in their homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- pure tone audiometry
- masking where required
- testing for non-organic and noise-induced hearing loss
- taking aural impressions
- selecting and fitting appropriate ear moulds and hearing instruments
- programming devices
- deliver structured aftercare and use subjective and objective outcome measures, alongside Real Ear Measurement, to verify and validate fittings
- ear care and wax removal
- equipment maintenance
- infection control
- accurate use of digital systems
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work autonomously while receiving logistical and clinical support from central teams.

HCPC registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser is required, with appropriate training provided as needed.
Requirements- Experience in private sales
- Ability to provide safe, effective audiological care within professional knowledge and limitations
- Confident driver with at least two years’ driving experience and ability to find multiple locations
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask
- Capacity to work calmly under pressure, pragmatic approach to problem solving, reflect on practice, maintain appropriate CPD records, and recognise when to seek advice
- Commitment to clinical governance, infection control, health and safety, and ongoing learning
