Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Dispenser for a domiciliary role covering Epsom and surrounding areas. Offering up to £50,000 plus monthly commission and a company car, this weekday-only position suits an HCPC-registered professional who combines strong clinical expertise with private sales experience and a commitment to patient-centred hearing care.

As a domiciliary audiologist, you will manage a daily schedule of adults with hearing loss, providing audiological testing and support in their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• pure tone audiometry
• masking where required
• testing for non-organic and noise-induced hearing loss
• taking aural impressions
• selecting and fitting appropriate ear moulds and hearing instruments
• programming devices
• deliver structured aftercare and use subjective and objective outcome measures, alongside Real Ear Measurement, to verify and validate fittings
• ear care and wax removal
• equipment maintenance
• infection control
• accurate use of digital systems

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work autonomously while receiving logistical and clinical support from central teams.

HCPC registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser is required, with appropriate training provided as needed.

• Experience in private sales
• Ability to provide safe, effective audiological care within professional knowledge and limitations
• Confident driver with at least two years’ driving experience and ability to find multiple locations
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask
• Capacity to work calmly under pressure, pragmatic approach to problem solving, reflect on practice, maintain appropriate CPD records, and recognise when to seek advice
• Commitment to clinical governance, infection control, health and safety, and ongoing learning
