Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
OverviewThis advisory role within the Global Mobility (GM) function is equally focused on Global Mobility and Immigration. It is responsible for managing successful assignments and permanent transfers into the region while overseeing immigration compliance and processes. This role combines hands‑on coordination with advisory responsibilities to support the effective execution of talent mobility strategies aligned with business needs. It plays a key part in delivering a consistent and high‑quality experience for both employees and the business.
Working closely with the Global Mobility team, Total Rewards Expatriate Tax HR shared services center (People Hub) and regional HR teams is key to providing accurate guidance and ensuring smooth execution processes. Our team is based in Epsom and this role is required to be office based 3 days per week.
The Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on mobility processes, policies and compliance requirements. They execute timely and cost‑effective mobilizations and permanent transfers into the region, manage immigration requirements in partnership with external vendors and provide market insights to influence business decisions. The Advisor coordinates with internal teams and external service providers to ensure a seamless assignee experience and builds strong relationships with HR Reward Tax and Finance.

- Strong knowledge of international mobility policies and assignment lifecycle.
- In‑depth understanding of UK & Europe immigration regulations and processes.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end mobility processes including coordination with external vendors.
- Strong focus on employee experience throughout the assignee lifecycle.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive client‑focused mindset.
- Good commercial understanding and ability to apply it to mobility‑related decisions.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR business units and other partners.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced evolving environment.
- A global mindset and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse teams and assignees.
- Familiarity with mobility platforms (e.g. Equus) and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday).
