The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre candidates into exciting, high-growth organisations. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from developing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
• Develop a strong understanding of the tech markets you recruit into
• Proactively source and qualify candidates through various channels
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Work towards and exceed personal and team targets
