Job Purpose
As Talent Acquisition, you will build and maintain a continual pipeline of high quality talent for Penta Consulting, with sales profiles as the key priority alongside recruitment for other internal roles as required. You will proactively identify, engage and attract people who can support the company’s growth and culture.

The role will focus on direct sourcing and relationship-building across local industry sectors, competitor recruitment organisations, professional networks and community talent pools. Working closely with hiring managers, you will translate workforce requirements into targeted attraction activity, deliver an effective candidate experience and create measurable pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Duties & Responsiblities
As Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will own proactive internal talent attraction and support an efficient, professional recruitment process. Your key duties will include:

* Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and other internal vacancies, aligned to current and future hiring requirements.

* Source and engage active and passive candidates through direct search, networking, referrals, social media, job boards and industry events.

* Map target markets, competitor organisations and talent pools to identify high-performing candidates.

* Develop and nurture long-term candidate relationships to support ongoing and future hiring needs.

* Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, candidate profiles, timelines and selection criteria.

* Create compelling job advertisements and attraction campaigns that promote Penta Consulting's employer brand and culture.

* Screen, assess and shortlist candidates, providing clear recommendations based on role requirements.

* Manage the recruitment process from interview coordination through to offers and pre-employment checks, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

* Maintain accurate recruitment and pipeline data, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and internal processes.

* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including pipeline strength, source effectiveness, conversion rates and time-to-hire.

* Manage relationships with approved external recruitment partners where required and agreed.

* Represent Penta Consulting positively within local talent markets, professional networks and employer branding activities.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

* Proven recruitment experience gained within agency, in-house talent acquisition or a similar recruitment environment.

* Demonstrable success sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates, ideally within sales, recruitment or other commercial disciplines.
