Service Desk Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis, based near Epsom.

📍 Hybrid working – 3 days on-site per week

👥 Join a collaborative team of 5 supporting up to 500 end users

🛠️ Hands-on role across 1st & 2nd line support (with exposure to 3rd line advantageous)

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ Service Desk experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
• Solid experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office / 365
• SCCM patching & device management knowledge
• Active Directory & user administration
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and working to SLAs
• PC build, imaging, configuration & hardware/software support
• Excellent documentation, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with outstanding customer service
