Play a key part in the development and delivery of Microsoft 365-based Cloud Services
Focus on Unified Communications and optimize the CXone platform
Contribute to a wide variety of IT infrastructure projects and support initiatives
Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for email, telephony and Microsoft 365 issues
Collaborate in deploying new solutions based on architectural designs
Maintain and optimize cloud-based applications and tools
Resolve faults and conduct system checks
Support Microsoft Exchange Online
Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

Proven experience working with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies
Hands-on experience with configuring, managing and optimising the CXone platform
Strong troubleshooting skills for VoIP, SIP, and related telephony technologies
Understanding of networking principles and protocols related to Unified Communications
Ability to integrate unified communication systems with existing IT infrastructure
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements for Unified Communications
Proficiency in Power Shell scripting for automation
Knowledge and experience with ITIL frameworks and practices
