Epsom College is seeking an enthusiastic Senior IT Technician to be the first point of contact for IT support, providing a broad range of technical assistance to staff and pupils across phone, email and face-to-face channels.
You'll work with the IT team to support systems used in day-to-day running, mentor other technicians, handle ticket escalations, and manage tickets from initial contact to closure, while contributing to projects beyond the helpdesk.
