Bennett & Game are delighted to represent a well‑established, reputable Architectural Practice based in Epsom who are currently seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join their expanding team. Our client have been established for over 40 years, building and maintaining excellent relationships with their clients leading to around 80% of projects being from these repeat clients.
They work in a variety of different sectors primarily covering Commercial, Science, Leisure, Healthcare and Education projects. They have a passion and drive for delivering quality and sustainable designs. Projects typically are anything up to around 10m in value.
- Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource allocation
- Play an integral role in expanding and developing the office (currently a team of 15)
- Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships and frameworks
- Lead key client commissions and frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery
- Work closely with other senior management team members to coordinate business development initiatives
- Lead projects teams across different sectors from inception to completion
- Help shape and grow the practice’s presence
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, defining the practice vision and growth
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage resources and drive team performance
- A commercially astute individual with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise existing client relationships
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent financial acumen, including a solid understanding of fee management and cost control
- Desire to become an Equity Partner of the firm
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Ability to help, lead and manage an Architectural practice of circa 15 staff
- Competitive salary 80,000 - 90,000 DOE
