Pay: £16.75 per hour

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Contract duration: 12-18 months

We are looking for a Wellbeing Daycare Senior Co-ordinator to provide leadership and operational support for a community and wellbeing centre in Epsom, Surrey.

This role is critical to support the day-to-day running of the centre, supervise and co-ordinate activities and staff, ensure vulnerable adults are in a secure environment and maintain a safe, structured and well-managed space.

Within this role there are service responsibilities, operational management, health and safety, staff management, supervision and professional support all undertaken.

• The day-to-day responsibility for the development, promotion, marketing and management of the centre
• Oversee Co-ordinators, Care Assistants, Community Services Team Leader Drivers/Technicians and Shopping Services Administrator
• Grow the Commercial side of the services with particular focus the dementia hub-daycare Service, Community transport and meals at home
• Provide an agreed yearly planner of events, activities within the centre
