• Oversee the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of daily domiciliary care services.
• Ensure strict compliance with CQC regulations, consistently striving for outstanding care outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of care professionals to reach their full potential.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous review of highly personalised care plans.
• Cultivate trusting, communicative relationships with clients, their families, and local health authorities.
• Manage branch operations, including recruitment, staff retention, and safe safeguarding protocols.

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/working towards).
• Proven, successful management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
• Comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
• A deeply empathetic, supportive approach to both leadership and client care.
• Competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
