Management Accountant

• To be responsible for providing financial information to managers in order to facilitate sound decision-making, including responsibility for the management accounting function of that area.
• To ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, integrity and business focus of financial systems and processes.
• To undertake projects which will lead to modernising financial services within the Trust.
• To ensure that the financial statements represent a true and fair view and meet relevant financial timescales and legal requirements, interpreting these where necessary.

• Considerable experience of working in a Management Accounts department

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise a number of tasks
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to accurately create input and manipulate data, plus develop reports & documents using a range of software
