We are working on behalf of a reputable, family-run bodyshop in Epsom to recruit a Paint Sprayer This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a supportive team environment that values craftsmanship and dedication.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

Prepping vehicles for painting and polishing to meet high-quality standards
Applying paint and ensuring a smooth, professional finish
Polishing and finishing to restore vehicles to showroom quality
Supporting and passing on skills to an apprentice
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Contributing to continuous process improvements

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

Proven experience in vehicle preparation, painting, and polishing
Reliability and consistency in work performance
Ability to mentor and train less experienced colleagues
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative workspace
Passion for delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement
