Ward RGN

Location: Ashtead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic ward team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established protocols and best practices. As an RGN, your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care, fostering a supportive and informative environment.

To be successful in this position, you must hold a valid NMC registration and possess a strong clinical background, ideally with experience in a ward setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
