Product Complaints Specialist

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Complaints Specialist to join a medical device organisation committed to innovation, compliance and improving lives worldwide.

As a Product Complaints Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product complaints are investigated thoroughly, resolved efficiently and handled in accordance with global regulatory and safety standards.

• Managing and investigating product complaints from initial intake through to closure
• Conducting root cause analysis and supporting CAPA activities
• Ensuring compliance with MDR, FDA, ISO 13485 and internal quality processes
• Identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate investigations
• Maintaining clear, compliant documentation and complaint records

• Experience with in the medical device industry
• Background in complaints handling, quality assurance, post-market surveillance or investigations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and patient safety
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
