• Monitoring local market activity and identifying new business opportunities

• Proven success within residential estate agency sales
• Strong track record of valuing properties and winning instructions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, professional, and persuasive approach
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Target-driven with strong commercial awareness
• Skilled negotiator with a proven ability to close business
• Full UK driving licence essential
