An independent estate agency in Epsom is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join its residential sales team. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships, win instructions and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

OTE £60,000 per annum

Permanent – Full Time

• Five-day working week

• Carrying out residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Winning new instructions and agreeing appropriate fees
• Listing properties and overseeing their launch to the market
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives

• Previous experience within residential property sales
• Proven success in valuing and listing properties
• Strong instruction-winning and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Well-presented, motivated and target-driven approach
• Good knowledge of the Epsom property market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence required
