Car Sales Executive | Main Dealer
OTE £50,000 - £60,000 | Basic Salary £21,000 - £27,000

Are you an experienced Main Dealer Car Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive client seeking a driven, customer-focused sales professional to join their successful team in the Epsom area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy dealership with a strong brand, quality stock, and uncapped earning potential.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through a structured sales journey from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selling both new and used vehicles through a structured sales process.
* Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs.
* Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
* Promoting finance and additional products where appropriate.
* Conducting professional test drives.
* Managing your own diary and customer appointments.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system.
* Presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Main Dealer Car Sales experience is essential.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A motivated, professional, and target-driven approach.
What's on Offer
* Basic Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
* OTE: £50,000 - £60,000
* Established dealership with a strong customer base.

Working Hours
* Monday to Saturday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
* One weekday off each week
* Sundays off
