Business Development Executive

Epsom | Field Based | 37.5 Hours per Week

We're looking for a

Business Development Executive to manage and develop a well-established territory across Epsom and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys building long-term relationships.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory
• Promoting healthcare services and increasing awareness within the local community
• Regularly meeting with key stakeholders and managing territory activity
• Identifying opportunities to support service growth and referral development
• Working closely with the wider business development team to achieve territory objectives

• Experience in business development, field sales, account management, healthcare liaison, or stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and territory planning abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Full UK driving licence

• Established and successful territory
• High level of autonomy and flexibility
• Monday to Friday working pattern
