Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

• Basic salary £30,000 with realistic on target earnings of £80,000.
• Every other Saturday working.
• You will work for a market leading independent Estate Agents with very much the family feel to it where everyone is valued.
• You will manage a team of experienced Agents and be the right hand to the Managing Director overseeing a strong brand, setting targets and you will be the main Lister in an office that does between £700,000 and £750,000 in sales.
• 2025 saw the office do 190 listings with 120 sales.

From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.

A minimum of 3 years experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This is a great role to develop your management skills and help you move upwards on the career ladder.
