Our client is looking for a QA Engineer to join their team and help maintain a high standard of software quality across their products.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in software testing, product quality and technology. You'll work closely with the QA Lead, developers and product stakeholders to test new features, validate bug fixes, support release testing and help shape the wider testing process. The role spans both manual and automated testing, so you'll take ownership of the existing automation suite (currently built in Test Cafe) alongside hands-on manual, exploratory and regression testing.
What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of the existing automated test suite, including maintenance, triaging failing tests and improving coverage and reliability
- Designing, building and maintaining automated tests for new features and enhancements
- Investigating and resolving flaky or failing tests to keep the suite trustworthy
- Maintaining automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline
- Recommending improvements to the automation approach, tooling or framework
