Up to £28,700 depending on experience

40 hours per week

Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest not‑for‑profit healthcare organisation. Join us as a Mobile Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor working in our Corporate Gyms around London and the South East and play your part in building a healthier nation.

• Have a passion for helping people to improve their health.
• Be a valuable asset to the happy, health team.
• Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes.
• Deliver group exercise and circuit‑based classes, from Spin to group circuit classes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in everything from inductions to processing payments.
• Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
• Take the time to understand each individual client’s needs and how to help them achieve their goals, whether they’re recovering from an operation or training for a marathon.
• Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals.
• Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience.
• Cover several Corporate Gyms around London and the South East (expenses paid).

• A Premier / Lifetime Diploma or equivalent.
• CIMSPA membership.
• A strong fitness background.
• Experience of working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
• Competent computer understanding with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Driven and passionate about all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, with an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
• A self‑starter, able to work on your own initiative, and having a good eye for detail.
