Directional Drill Locator

This position is located at Erhard, MN. Relocation or Commute required

We are looking for an experienced Directional Drill Locator--Pay Range $50,000.00-$65,000.00

Directional Drill Locator:

Must be experienced and qualified. Ripley’s uses “Ditch Witch” and “Vermeer” directional drilling equipment. Your interview will include a demonstration of your level of skill. Pay is based on your level of skill.

• Out of town travel as required
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed
• Ability to use a variety of hand/power tools
• Must have a current valid driver’s license
• Must maintain a current health certificate

• Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman
• Vehicle operation instructions (when required)
• Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
• Participate in weekly toolbox meeting

• Above average pay, with weekly overtime scheduled
• Weekly Paid Travel time
• Daily Per Diem paid for overnight travel
• Company provided transportation to various job locations
• Company paid lodging
• Company pays 100% of Health Insurance Premiums after 60 days of employment
• SEP retirement contributions and production bonuses based on company profitability
• ESST/PTO provided
