Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Labor / Trades
This position is located in Erhard, MN. Relocation or commute required.
We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators. Pay range $50,000.00 - $65,000.00.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITIONThis position requires the ability to operate a variety of utility equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, dozers, directional drills, etc. Must perform all general laborer duties as needed.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate a variety of equipment in a safe & productive manner
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Hand dig to locate utilities
- Load and unload equipment from trailer
- Assist in maintaining onsite equipment
- Out of town travel as required
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed
- Must have a current valid drivers license/CDL preferred
Various trailers, Dozers, Skid Steer Loader, Compressors, Directional Drill, Other tools/equipment as needed
TRAINING QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in operation of equipment preferred.
Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman/supervisor. Continuous equipment training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required).
Continuous vehicle training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required).
Knowledge of company's policies and procedures.
Participate in weekly toolbox meeting.
