Heavy Equipment Operators

This position is located in Erhard, MN. Relocation or commute required.

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators. Pay range $50,000.00 - $65,000.00.

This position requires the ability to operate a variety of utility equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, dozers, directional drills, etc. Must perform all general laborer duties as needed.

• Operate a variety of equipment in a safe & productive manner
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Hand dig to locate utilities
• Load and unload equipment from trailer
• Assist in maintaining onsite equipment

• Out of town travel as required
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed
• Must have a current valid drivers license/CDL preferred

Various trailers, Dozers, Skid Steer Loader, Compressors, Directional Drill, Other tools/equipment as needed

Previous experience in operation of equipment preferred.

Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman/supervisor. Continuous equipment training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required).

Continuous vehicle training from an experienced company foreman/equipment operators (when required).

Knowledge of company's policies and procedures.

Participate in weekly toolbox meeting.
