This position is located in Erhard, MN. Relocation or Commute required
We are looking for Heavy Equipment general laborers---pay range $45,000.00 - $50,000.00
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
Outdoor general laborer position, requiring the ability to follow demonstrated direction.
This position provides a variety of duties such as loading supplies, digging holes,
cable handling, locating and spotting existing utilities, providing ground restoration and general clean up.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MACHINE/TOOLS USED:
- Various hand/power tools
- Shovel
- Rake
- Air Compressor
TRAINING
QUALIFICATIONS:
- New Hire on the job training for up to 2 weeks or as needed with an experienced employee
- Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman and equipment operators
- Vehicle operation instructions (when required)
- Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
- Participate in weekly toolbox meeting
- Above average pay, with weekly overtime scheduled
- Weekly Paid Travel time
- Daily Per Diem paid for overnight travel
- Company provided transportation
- Company pays for lodging
- Company pay for 100% of Health Insurance Premiums after 60 days of employment
- SEP retirement contributions and production bonuses based on Company profitability
- ESST/PTO provided
