Backhoe Operator

This position is located in Erhard, MN. Relocation or Commute Required

We are looking for an experienced Backhoe Operator--Pay Range $55,000.00-$75,000.00

Backhoe Operator:
Digs around existing buried utilities and exposes them for crossing with the cable plow. Digs lateral trenches from 3-5 feet deep to place cable to pedestals. You will have to dig by hand to verify exact utility locations prior to digging with the backhoe. A Current CDL is preferred. Your interview will include a demonstration of your level of skill.

Pay is based on your level of skill.

• Out of town travel as required
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed
• Ability to use a variety of hand/power tools
• Must have a current valid drivers license
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Utilize grease gun daily

• Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman
• Vehicle operation instructions (when required)
• Knowledge of company's policies and procedures
• Participate in weekly toolbox meeting

• Above average pay, with weekly overtime scheduled
• Weekly Paid Travel time
• Daily Per Diem paid for overnight travel
• Company provided transportation to various job locations
