, we provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team!

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• RBT training is available for the right candidate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
