• Support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations.
• Manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. Lead the store team members in servicing customers.
• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including execution of customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours (lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching/mentoring, and ensuring training remains current.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling/interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating to select qualified team members.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders are processed timely and customers are contacted on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger to handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and friendly, refunds issued correctly, and returns staged properly.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Ensure Zipline messages are communicated, and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, posted schedules, and proper clock-in/out by team members.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, money handling and deposits per policy, and security responsibilities for the store and vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining the store building, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in-store service/test equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired:
  Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

• Compensation: $14.81 - $21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
