Thoracic and Vascular surgery, as well as general and trauma surgery

Additional: 24-hour call-only position, no clinic.

Is the physician the sole provider on call? Yes, but APPs take floor call

Are providers required to harvest endovein and/or perform open/close for open-heart procedures? APPs are available for OR support

Average # of calls when on call? 1 (APPs take first call for all but ICU, ED, and transfers)
Will the physician be expected to act as a Surgical First Assist? No
