Hospital Employee . Base salary starts at $395,000 and up based on experience. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available up to $50,000 total. New da Vinci Xi Surgical Robotic Platform. Excellent call schedule allows for lifestyle balance with Midwives taking first call.

Up to 300 deliveries per year - 25% of births are C-Sections (all C-Sections being delivered by Physicians). Full malpractice coverage including tail. PSLF eligible (public service loan forgiveness). Midwives take first call and deliver about 85% of the babies - Physicians are called if mother or child are in distress or known to be complicated in advance for pre-existing conditions.
