Operations Administrative Assistant – Erlanger, KY
This full‑time, salaried position works Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and may occasionally require additional weekday or weekend time. The role reports to the Erlanger Plant Manager and provides support to other Operations Managers and the on‑site Human Resources Manager.
Position Responsibilities- Manage the indirect PO process
- Support management of Fieldglass and contract labor requests/time approvals
- Run weekly and monthly worked‑hours reports
- Order standard items (office supplies, safety supplies, etc.)
- Enter training records for Safety, Food Safety, and HR
- Serve as chairperson for the on‑site People Team
- Develop and distribute the Operations monthly newsletter
- Perform a broad range of responsibilities, from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident demeanor
- Ensure confidentiality on matters related to operations
- Maintain the office filing system (paper and electronic formats)
- Support Performance Excellence initiatives and activities
- Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3‑5 years of administrative office experience required
- HR experience or prior exposure to HR‑related tasks preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail and follow‑up
- Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities
- Dedication to continuous learning
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)
- Willingness to participate in training to improve leadership and office management skills
- Ability to handle diverse activities and concurrent projects
- Ability to resolve routine problems independently
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork; analyze and address problems; organize and coordinate work; promote a collaborative work environment; and maintain efficient office workflow

Base pay is expected to be between $35,400.00 and $66,600.00. The position is at‑will.
